Terms of Use & Disclaimer
Last updated: 2025
1. Website Use
By using this website, you agree to these terms of use. This website is operated by Sledge Events & Management LLC (SEAM). SEAM reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
2. Informational Purpose
All content on this website is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, or professional services of any kind. The information provided is general in nature and may not apply to your specific situation.
3. No Legal or Tax Advice
SEAM does not provide legal advice, tax advice, or representation. SEAM is not a law firm, CPA firm, or licensed financial advisory firm. Nothing SEAM provides — including consultation, documentation support, or operational guidance — should be construed as legal or tax advice. Clients are advised to consult licensed attorneys, CPAs, or financial professionals for legal and tax matters.
4. No Guaranteed Outcomes
SEAM does not guarantee any outcomes, results, approvals, funding, credit improvements, or business outcomes of any kind. Outcomes depend on third parties — including lenders, credit bureaus, vendors, and government agencies — as well as client execution. No representation is made that any specific result will be achieved.
5. Consultation Requests Do Not Create a Client Relationship
Submitting a consultation request, completing a form, using the Ask SEAM assistant, or communicating with SEAM does not automatically create a client relationship. A client relationship is established only when both parties have agreed to specific terms in writing and SEAM has confirmed acceptance of the engagement.
6. Third-Party Services
SEAM may use or recommend third-party tools, platforms, and services in the course of its work. SEAM is not responsible for the actions, performance, policies, or outcomes of any third-party service. Use of third-party services is subject to those providers' own terms and conditions.
7. Ask SEAM AI Assistant
The Ask SEAM assistant is an AI-assisted intake tool designed to help route users to the appropriate SEAM service path. Responses from Ask SEAM are informational and should not be relied upon as professional advice. Ask SEAM does not replace a consultation and does not create a client relationship.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SEAM and its principals, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or SEAM's services. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid to SEAM for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which SEAM operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
